is hiring a Lead Carpenter to join our Building Division, focused on new home construction and high-quality additions . Our builders are known for high standards and quality craftsmanship. This is a hands-on leadership role for a Lead Carpenter with strong experience, capable of managing projects and leading and working with their crew. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a small crew on residential builds Perform and oversee framing, finish work, and general carpentry Read and execute plans with precision Maintain job site organization, safety, and workflow Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Communicate with leadership and team members clearly Work on roofing and elevated surfaces when needed What We're Looking For Strong residential carpentry experience (new builds and/or additions) Proven ability to lead or step into a leadership role High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Consistent attendance, reliability, and ability to follow through on daily responsibilities Physically capable of full-time field work At ABLE TRADES, we operate on the core values of honesty, integrity, service, and perseverance , and we look for individuals who take pride in upholding these standards on every job. Pay:

$31.00 - $35.00 per hour
