Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter. This role is essential in executing various construction and restoration tasks, requiring a strong foundation in carpentry and construction practices. We are a frame to finish new construction crew. The right candidate will have the opportunity to lead a crew. Crew leader will have a company vehicle. Duties Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various construction activities. Participate in fabrication processes, including cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation. Conduct water damage restoration tasks, and heavy lifting when required. Implement siding, stucco, roofing, and flooring installation techniques with attention to detail. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects while adhering to safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Requirements Proven experience in construction or the restoration industry is highly desirable. Strong skills in carpentry, woodworking, drywall installation, and framing. Drivers License and transportation Basic Hand Tools Work well within a crew Drug Free Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Previous experience on construction sites is preferred; maintenance person experience is also beneficial.
