Housing provided, tools provided, opportunity for growth Hilmer Building is looking for hardworking and knowledgeable carpenters and general laborers to join our crew. We build houses from the ground up and do everything from excavation and framing to finish carpentry. We are searching for reliable employees who take pride in their work and can work well with a team. Responsibilities Assist with residential construction projects from start to finish Perform excavation and site preparation Framing, roofing, siding, and general carpentry work Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment Keep job sites clean and safe Follow directions and work efficiently with the crew Qualifications Construction experience preferred Carpentry knowledge is a plus Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work as part of a team Skilled and motivated workers encouraged to apply What We Offer Housing provided Tools provided Steady full-time work Opportunity to learn multiple trades Competitive pay based on experience Schedule Monday to
