Remodeling Carpenter

Multi-Craft Construction is hiring a skilled remodeling carpenter who takes pride in clean, high-quality work and knows how to execute projects the right way. We are not looking for general labor. We are looking for someone who can produce finished results in residential remodeling projects. What You'll Be Doing

• Perform high-quality carpentry on kitchens, bathrooms, and interior remodeling projects
• Install trim, cabinetry, doors, flooring, and other finish components
• Assist with framing, layout, and structural modifications when needed
• Follow scopes of work and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Communicate with the project manager on progress and issues What We're Looking For
• 3-7+ years of remodeling or finish carpentry experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong skills in trim, cabinetry install, and interior finishes
• Ability to read plans, layouts, and scopes
• Problem-solving mindset—can adapt when things aren't perfect
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in client homes
• Valid driver's license (REQUIRED)What Sets You Apart
