Job Summary:

Neil Spencer Builders is seeking skilled and reliable carpenters to join our growing team. Daily work includes a mix of residential and commercial projects such as wood framing, finish carpentry, door and hardware installation, trim work, acoustical ceilings, remodeling, and more. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and work well in a team environment.

Bay City, Saginaw, and Midland Responsibilities:

Perform residential and commercial carpentry tasks Read and interpret blueprints and project plans Install framing, doors, hardware, trim, and finish elements Complete remodeling and specialty carpentry work as needed Maintain a safe and clean job site Collaborate with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous carpentry experience required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Valid driver's license required Foreman applicants should have leadership experience
