Deep knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and equipment.

Blueprint Reading:

Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

Safety & Compliance:

Knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety procedures.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing crews, reporting to superintendents, and filling out paperwork.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to solve on-site, field-related issues.

Education/Certification:

High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license is required for driving to sites.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 50-90 pounds, work at heights, and operate in various weather conditions.

Technology:
