Company Overview Graham Construction, based in Saginaw and Northern Michigan, provides construction services throughout Michigan, South Florida, and North Carolina. Our expertise spans a wide range of markets, including K-12 Education, Higher Education, Religious, Commercial, Municipal, Industrial, and Manufacturing facilities. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Carpenter/Crew Leader capable of running a crew, performing layout, and developing into a Construction Superintendent. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual looking to transition from working with the tools into field supervision and management. Candidates with extensive residential experience and strong leadership skills who are interested in moving into commercial construction are encouraged to apply. We can help the right individual make that transition. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of carpentry experience with demonstrated crew leadership abilities. Ability to perform layout and coordinate daily field activities. Highly proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and related documents. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset. Desire to build a long-term career in commercial construction supervision.
