• Run projects day-to-day from start to finish
• Lead a crew of carpenters and laborers
• Perform and oversee framing and remodeling work
• Read plans and execute layouts
• Coordinate materials and keep jobs on schedule
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site What Success Looks Like

• 5+ years carpentry experience (framing & remodeling required)
• Foreman or crew leadership experience
• Ability to read blueprints and manage layouts
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing
• Reliable, accountable, and takes ownership
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
