Young Construction and Property Management LLC. is a growing business in Mount Pleasant, MI specializing in construction, remodeling, property improvements, and property management services. Our team works on a variety of hands-on building projects ranging from renovations and repairs to custom carpentry and exterior improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, remodeling, and general construction with the ability to complete projects efficiently and professionally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, problem-solving, and working on a wide variety of residential improvement projects. Duties Assist with residential construction and remodeling projects Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks Install framing, trim, doors, flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures Complete light demolition and job site preparation Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Perform property improvement and repair work as needed Assist with exterior projects including decks, fencing, siding, and general repairs Maintain clean and organized job sites Work independently or with a crew to complete projects on schedule Experience Carpentry or construction experience preferred Experience with remodeling, framing, or finish work is a plus Ability to read measurements and use construction tools properly Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills Dependable with strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Valid Driver's License required

From $16.00 per hour
