Carpenter / Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a wide range of carpentry and labor tasks, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and drywall installation on diverse construction sites. Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and tile laying as needed. Support restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold removal, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration. Handle heavy lifting tasks and assist with fixture installation, door hanging, cabinetry setup, and flooring installation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Prior experience in construction or related fields such as manufacturing or remodeling is preferred. Knowledge of construction estimating, schematic reading, blueprint interpretation, and metal stud framing is a plus. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment required for daily tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights when necessary. Strong understanding of safety standards relevant to construction sites including OSHA regulations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Experience in carpentry specialties such as trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging or fixture setup is advantageous.
