Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented carpenter to help build decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in building and installing custom decks, porches, railings, and related structures Read and follow construction plans/blueprints Operate power tools and equipment safely Maintain a clean and safe worksite Communicate effectively with the team and project manager

Qualifications:

Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred (deck experience a plus) Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable transportation to job sites around the Twin Cities metro area Positive attitude and willingness to learn
