Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of building projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life through precise craftsmanship and effective project management. Duties Lead and participate in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety standards Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures Manage construction activities on-site, coordinating with teams to meet project timelines and specifications Execute masonry work, including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation for various projects Operate heavy equipment safely to facilitate material movement and site preparation Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide construction tasks Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for framing, carpentry, roofing, trim work, and woodworking tasks Conduct restoration and remodeling projects with precision, maintaining high-quality craftsmanship Install siding, stucco, drywall (including metal stud framing), and perform roofing tasks as required Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all phases of construction work Skills Extensive experience in metal building erection and concrete forming techniques Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site supervision Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, welding, and plastering Skilled in carpentry disciplines such as framing, trim carpentry, woodworking, and remodeling Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools essential for various trades within construction Knowledge of roofing systems, siding installation, stucco application, and restoration processes Experience working with heavy lifting equipment and understanding safety standards for site operations Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality control and project timelines Join our team as a where your expertise will contribute directly to building durable structures while advancing your career in a vibrant construction environment.
