Job Description:
Hill and Harbor Construction is looking for a dependable and motivated carpenter to assist with custom decks, outdoor living spaces, remodeling projects, and general carpentry work. We are a growing construction company focused on quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and creating high-end projects our clients are proud of. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company. Construction experience is helpful, but not required. We are more interested in finding someone reliable, teachable, respectful, and hardworking.
Responsibilities:
Assist with deck framing and carpentry Material handling and loading/unloading Jobsite cleanup and organization Assist with demolition and remodeling work Support daily construction operations Follow safety procedures and jobsite expectations
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry materials Comfortable working outdoors Positive attitude and team mindset Willingness to learn and ask questions Respectful toward clients and their homes Basic construction knowledge is a plus, but not required
