Lead Remodeling Carpenter TruBlue Home Service Ally | West Metro Twin Cities $32-$38 per hour | Full-Time | Steady Year-Round Work TruBlue Home Service Ally is expanding and looking for an experienced Lead Remodeling Carpenter to join our growing team serving the Minneapolis-St.

Paul and all surrounding suburban areas.

This is a residential construction and remodeling position, not apartment maintenance or property management. We're searching for a skilled professional with a strong background in residential remodeling, carpentry, deck construction, bathroom renovations, and home repairs. The right candidate enjoys working with homeowners, takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship, and understands the importance of delivering a great customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Constructing and repairing decks Completing bathroom remodeling projects Performing finish carpentry and trim installation Installing doors, flooring, drywall, and related materials Completing residential renovation and repair projects Performing home accessibility and aging-in-place modifications Troubleshooting and solving construction-related challenges Communicating directly with homeowners throughout projects Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite Qualifications Minimum 7 years of residential carpentry, remodeling, or construction experience Proven experience with deck building and bathroom remodels Ability to work independently and manage multiple project tasks Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Compensation & Benefits $32-$38 per hour, based on experience Healthcare and dental opportunities Retirement plan Family-oriented company culture Supportive leadership team Opportunity to grow with a respected and expanding company Why Join Our Team?
