Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, from residential remodeling and Home Additions to new construction houses. Your expertise will help ensure that each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your technical skills and hands-on experience to bring construction visions to life. Responsibilities Lead and assist in the erection of wood framed buildings, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and blueprints Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate various construction activities Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Conduct framing carpentry, wood stud framing, siding installation, roofing, trim carpentry, and cabinetry as needed Utilize hand tools effectively for tasks such as woodworking, and general construction work Assist with remodeling projects by applying carpentry skills and coordinating with other trades for seamless execution Perform heavy lifting and manual labor while maintaining safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on residential construction. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools, Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Experience with residential framing and trim work Familiarity with construction management practices and safety standards on job sites Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues during construction projects Valid drivers license Join our team if you're passionate about building excellence!
