In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, including building windows and general framing. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision, teamwork, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional craftsmanship in the construction industry. Responsibilities Lead and assist with designing and building window frames ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics Execute framing tasks including woodworking, metal stud framing, and trim carpentry with precision Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient construction processes Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide project execution and ensure specifications are met Support remodeling and renovation efforts by applying carpentry skills. l Assist with heavy lifting and material handling using appropriate tools and safety procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on building erection, concrete forming, or related fields Strong knowledge of construction management principles and safety protocols Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper technique Familiarity with various construction disciplines including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry) and restoration work Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and quality assurance Join us to build exceptional structures while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and safety.
