$65,000•110,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives About the Opportunity Our recruiting firm is partnering with an established residential remodeling company to identify an experienced Lead Carpenter for a growing team serving homeowners throughout the Twin Cities. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing high-quality kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from demolition through final completion. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates professionally with clients, and enjoys mentoring others while delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects Perform and oversee framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, millwork, drywall, flooring, painting, and trim work Coordinate subcontractors and project team members Maintain professional communication with homeowners throughout projects Ensure job sites remain safe, clean, and organized Manage project materials, tools, and daily job-site operations Support team development and process improvement initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of residential remodeling carpentry experience Strong kitchen and bathroom remodeling background Experience with framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and remodeling best practices Ability to read plans and solve field challenges independently Light plumbing and electrical experience preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer service Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: $65,000•110,000 , based on experience Performance-based incentive opportunities Medical insurance Retirement savings program Paid time off and paid holidays Company vehicle provided for work-related travel Personal tool replacement program Smartphone stipend Company-provided uniforms Career advancement opportunities Why This Opportunity?
