Role:
Crayford Woodworks is seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to lead our talented team in crafting high-end home improvements. Join us in our mission to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and innovative solutions to our clients in the Twin Cities Area.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and manage carpentry projects from start to finish. Coordinate and supervise a team of carpenters, ensuring quality and efficiency. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Train and mentor junior carpenters, fostering skill development and teamwork. Manage inventory and order materials as needed to meet project deadlines. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Conduct quality control inspections to uphold our high standards of craftsmanship.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork and safety.
