In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finishing work that enhances the aesthetic and functional quality of residential, commercial, or restoration projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require a keen eye for detail, craftsmanship, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry components with accuracy and precision Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project specifications effectively Install fixtures such as moldings, baseboards, crown molding, and custom woodwork to enhance interior aesthetics Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing and wood framing for interior partitions or architectural features Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete carpentry tasks on construction sites or restoration projects Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure craftsmanship meets design standards and safety regulations Skills Extensive experience with construction estimating and blueprint reading for precise project planning Proficiency in trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and roofing techniques Strong knowledge of hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, sanders) used in finish carpentry Familiarity with construction site safety practices and experience working on various construction sites or restoration projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation processes Knowledge of schematics related to electrical wiring or plumbing as they pertain to finish carpentry work Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret schematics for fixture installation or metal stud framing Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and project managers Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to high-quality construction projects.
