Job Duties Include:

o Lead Framing

• wall layout, truss system assembly, roof design layouts and sheeting. o Deck framing and finishing o Millwork install
• window jambs/casing, set doors, staircases, install millwork o Siding
• assembly start to finish o Roofing-understanding the roofing process o Job site organizing and cleanup o Quality inspections & Understanding of Building Codes o Demolition and remodel work o Lead and train field crew
• Ability to oversee & direct sub-contractors and field personal

Job Info:

Must have 5 years experience Most jobs located with in 10 miles of Sartell Work ~ 7:30am until 4:30pm, flexible Available overtime; 100-300 hours/year historically Work truck provided No scheduled weekends You will have a probationary review at 90 days with wage evaluation Year-end performance and wage evaluation Year-end bonus eligible Paid Holidays PTO paid time off [vacation, personal, and sick leave] Benefits to be discussed Limited personal tools required; tool belt, tape measure and hammer

Employment Requirements:

Ability to read and understand blueprints and job specifications Ability to learn and govern building code requirements Ability to lift heavy tools, equipment, materials as traditionally found on a construction site. Understand and use safety equipment when needed Ability to traverse site conditions and scale ladders or scaffolding Organizational skills, good communication skills, punctual. Ability to represent company in a professional manner at all times'
