Job Description:

We are seeking a Carpenter to support high-end residential remodel projects throughout the West Metro. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on carpentry experience seeking a stable, long-term opportunity. You will work alongside experienced journeyman-level carpenters, assisting with daily tasks and continuing to grow your skills across finish carpentry and light rough carpentry. Key Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman carpenters with daily work.
• Gather and organize materials and tools.
• Perform finish carpentry tasks, including: o Doors o Millwork o Cabinets
• Participate in demolition as needed
• Support light stick framing and rough carpentry tasks Required Skills & Experience
• Prior experience in carpentry or construction
• Hands-on exposure to finish carpentry and/or framing
• Comfortable working on active residential job sites
• Willingness to assist, learn, and take direction from JM carpenters
• Dependable and interested in long-term work Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Wayzata, MN.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
