Carpenter

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated carpenters and framers to join our experienced construction team serving mid-Missouri in the Lake of the Ozarks region and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on every site. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of commercial and residential structures, utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques and tools. Duties Framing buildings with precision, following detailed schematics and blueprints to ensure structural integrity. Operate equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction activities. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution. Install siding, roofing materials, trim carpentry elements, and perform remodeling or restoration tasks as needed. Utilize hand tools and woodworking equipment for framing, carpentry, and finishing touches. Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Requirements Proven experience in framing, concrete forming, roofing, or related construction fields. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety procedures. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings essential for accurate project execution. Familiarity with power tools—including drills, saws, grinders—and hand tools used in various trades. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety standards and teamwork. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required. Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding project requirements.
