None Required The Opportunity You will play a vital role in executing high-end structural and architectural woodwork for our selective residential projects. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your versatile craftsmanship where premium quality is prioritized over speed. You will collaborate with a dedicated field team that values precision, adaptability, and pride in exceptional execution. How You Will Make an Impact Construct structurally sound wood framing for upscale residential builds in accordance with blueprints. Install high-end finish carpentry elements including custom trim, baseboards, crown molding, and cabinetry. Adapt to diverse field tasks and support broader residential construction needs across the job site. Collaborate with project coordinators to maintain rigorous quality standards and structural integrity. Troubleshoot framing misalignments and finish details to guarantee flawless interior and exterior surfaces. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment to safeguard luxury residential properties. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven professional experience working as a carpenter in a residential construction environment. Demonstrated proficiency in both structural framing and intricate finish carpentry techniques. Strong ability to adapt to varying, non-carpentry project tasks to support field operations. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in high-end custom residential carpentry. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Versatile skill set in additional residential trades such as drywall, painting, or light remodeling.
