Carpenter/Craftsman

Building Envelope Experts (BEE) is a locally owned home improvement company serving homeowners throughout the St. Louis area. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable, skilled Carpenter/Craftsman to support our installation teams with quality interior and exterior repair, patching and finish work. This position is designed with growth in mind and offers advancement into a Team Lead role as skills, experience, and leadership capabilities are demonstrated. Solid support from operations, service, and dispatch teams Work with a well-established company and loyal customer base What You'll Do Complete projects behind the installation team involving: Interior and exterior trim and finish carpentry repairs Drywall and plaster repair Painting and touch-up work Identify and make framing or structural corrections when needed Complete repairs to siding, soffit, fascia, flashing, and gutters as needed Assist as a helper with window, door, and insulation upgrades Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience Vocational or technical training preferred (not required) Strong skills across multiple trades Ability to work independently and follow directions Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license and ability to be insured
