Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Carpenter/Laborer and become a vital part of transforming spaces through skilled craftsmanship and dedicated labor. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling, ensuring high-quality results that meet safety standards and client expectations. You will need transportation between jobs Position is for job sites manly around the lake of the ozarks. Housing will be provided for the right candidate/candidate's. Plus daily lunches provided onsite with plenty of water. Potential for bonuses are also available if quality and work ethic meet company values. Ability to bring a helper to job sites is more desirable. Duties Assist in framing, drywall installation, and finishing to create sturdy structures and smooth surfaces. Operate hand tools, power tools, and efficiently for various carpentry tasks. Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, trim, molding, and hardware with precision. Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, and mold remediation. Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols on construction sites. Assist with electrical, plumbing, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, and other specialty trades when required. Ensure accurate project completion; maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Qualifications Prior experience in construction site work or related fields such as remodeling or restoration is highly preferred. Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, saws), power tools (drills, saws). Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary. Strong understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction environments; OSHA certification is advantageous. Experience with various trades including carpentry (trim, frame), roofing, siding, drywall finishing, flooring installation or electrical work is desirable. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in the restoration industry Valid driver's license required; ability to travel between job sites as required.
