Duties Erect metal buildings with accuracy, following detailed schematics and blueprints Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to ensure durable and smooth surfaces Manage various aspects of construction site activities, including coordination of subcontractors and materials Install rebar reinforcement to strengthen concrete structures according to specifications Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on-site Read blueprints and schematics to guide framing, roofing, carpentry, and remodeling tasks Conduct framing carpentry, woodwork, trim carpentry, and drywall installation with precision Handle heavy lifting safely while managing multiple projects simultaneously Perform welding, plastering, roofing, siding, and restoration work as needed Utilize hand tools for detailed carpentry or finishing work on various surfaces Assist in the installation of metal stud framing and other structural components Support site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe working environment Experience Proven experience in construction management or hands-on construction roles with a focus on commercial or residential projects Extensive knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and remodeling techniques Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and stucco application Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for diverse construction tasks Demonstrated ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, welding, and site operations Prior experience working on construction sites with a variety of trades such as masonry, carpentry, roofing, and restoration projects Join our team as a where your craftsmanship makes a difference!
