Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise execution of projects Erect metal buildings and install framing using metal studs and wood framing techniques Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create solid foundations and structures Execute masonry work including stucco, siding, plastering, and restoration projects with attention to detail Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient construction processes Install roofing systems, siding, trim carpentry, and perform remodeling tasks to enhance building aesthetics and functionality Use hand tools effectively for framing, woodworking, and other carpentry tasks while adhering to safety standards Assist with construction management tasks such as site coordination, scheduling, and quality control when needed Conduct heavy lifting and material handling safely on-site to support project timelines Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Experience Proven experience in commercial construction environments with a focus on carpentry or related trades Skilled in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, roofing, siding, and drywall finishing Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Hands-on experience operating power tools and heavy equipment on construction sites Knowledge of construction management principles is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods Strong understanding of safety standards relevant to construction sites including OSHA regulations Demonstrated capability in working collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
