  • Foreman who can take ownership of the field — someone who thinks three steps ahead, solves problems without handholding, and leads by example.
You'll be responsible for executing and managing a wide range of residential carpentry scopes, from framing and exteriors to high-end interior trim. This position is ideal for someone who has mastered their craft, enjoys leading a small team, and takes pride in seeing complex projects come together cleanly and efficiently. What You'll Do Lead and manage small carpentry crews on remodeling and new construction projects Layout and execute framing, trim, and finish work to tight tolerances Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Plan and sequence work to keep projects moving efficiently Coordinate with subcontractors, homeowners, and project management Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Represent the company with professionalism and pride at all times
