Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans.
Performing skilled carpentry work including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and more.
Managing and mentoring a team of carpenters and laborers.
Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

The right candidate will oversee project planning, client relations on-site, managing team members, coordinating with trade partners, and guiding projects from demolition to finish.
