Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated carpenter with extensive experience in home improvement projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential renovation and repair tasks, bringing craftsmanship and precision to each project. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming spaces through expert carpentry and home improvement skills. You will play a vital role in delivering quality results that exceed client expectations, ensuring every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Perform framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, siding, roofing, and flooring installation with precision and attention to detail Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, plastering, stucco application, and rebar installation as needed for various projects Handle water damage restoration, mold remediation, and general restoration tasks to return properties to their original condition Install fixtures such as cabinetry, lighting fixtures, plumbing components, and electrical systems in residential settings Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site work while maintaining safety standards Qualifications Proven experience as a carpenter or handyman with a strong portfolio of home improvement projects Knowledge of construction estimating and ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and experience working on active job sites Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing, drywall installation, caulking, water damage restoration techniques, and roofing systems Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during various phases of construction or renovation projects Experience with flooring installation (tile laying), water damage restoration, metal stud framing, CNC fabrication or assembly is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your expertise in creating beautiful living spaces.
