Our carpenters range from apprentice-level to master carpenters with experience in flooring, trim and finish carpentry.

Apprentice Job Responsibilities:

Help install walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using wood or steel. Help installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim. Help erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels. Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment. Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand and power tools. Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned. Cleans up worksite debris.

Seasonal Work:

C2 has been fortunate to maintain year-round work for our staff. A mixture of interior and exterior work can reduce "weather days" and layoff during winter months. As we work in the St. Louis metro area, 3-4 months of the year are quite cold and staff may work in cold conditions during winter months.

Benefits:

All open positions are 1099 independent contractor positions.

Pay:

Pay range is subject to experience and capability. Laborers and Carpenter Apprentices range from $18-$25 per hour. Qualifications /
