Full-time Job Title:

All-Around Construction & Renovation Tradesperson We are seeking a skilled, versatile All-Around Construction & Renovation Tradesperson to join our team. You will handle diverse tasks across residential and commercial remodeling projects. Job Summary The ideal candidate is a true jack-of-all-trades with hands-on experience in both structural and finish work. You will manage projects from framing to final paint, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship at every stage.

Key Responsibilities Interior Remodeling & Trades Kitchens & Bathrooms:

Install cabinets, countertops, vanities, tubs, and showers.

Plumbing:

Run supply and drain lines, set fixtures, and fix leaks.

Electrical:

Wire outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and troubleshoot minor issues.

Flooring:

Lay tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl planks.

Painting:

Prep surfaces, patch drywall, and apply professional interior/exterior finishes.

Exterior & Structural Work Construction & Framing:

Build walls, subfloors, and structural elements.

Roofing:

Install shingles, underlayment, flashing, and repair leaks.

Siding:

Hang vinyl, wood, or fiber-cement siding and trim.

Concrete Work:

Pour, level, and finish walkways, pads, and small foundations. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in general contracting or residential remodeling. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
