Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled framer to join our construction team, bringing expertise in a wide range of building techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. This role is essential in ensuring the successful completion of diverse construction initiatives, from framing to finishing and restoration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently on demanding job sites. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction processes Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide project execution Manage onsite carpentry tasks such as framing and trim carpentry. Oversee or assist with remodeling, restoration projects, and siding work to meet client specifications Collaborate with team members on site to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in construction site environments with knowledge of metal stud frame siding, and framing Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project implementation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Knowledge of construction management principles and safety regulations on job sites Competence in carpentry disciplines such as trim carpentry, woodwork, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and remodeling projects Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and interpreting technical drawings Valid certifications or licenses related to construction trades are preferred but not mandatory Join our team as a framer if you're passionate about building excellence!
