Position Overview:

Carpenter We're looking for a Skilled Carpenter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in residential construction and finish work, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. As a Carpenter at KennCo, you'll play a key role in projects that restore and enhance the homes of our clients. Key Responsibilities Construct, install, and repair wood structures and fixtures Deck building, framing, trim carpentry, and siding installation (all types) Drywall installation and finishing Painting and surface preparation Install windows and doors Accurately measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings Collaborate with project managers and other trades to complete projects on time Ensure work complies with building codes and safety standards Maintain a clean and safe job site Requirements ✔ Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction ✔ Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry techniques ✔ Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements ✔ Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills ✔ Must have own truck and tools ✔ Valid Missouri driver's license ✔ Ability to pass a criminal background check ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔ Physical stamina for demanding tasks and long hours What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid time off starting immediately Paid holidays after 90 days Retirement plan with company match Monday-Friday schedule (8-hour shifts, with overtime available) Year-round, steady work Supportive, team-oriented work environment Apply Today!
