In this role, you will lead a team of carpenters and craftsmen, ensuring that all remodeling tasks are completed efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in various construction disciplines, construction techniques, and project management will drive successful project outcomes and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader passionate about craftsmanship and remodeling excellence. Duties Coordinate all aspects of remodeling projects including framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, siding, flooring, tile laying, fixture installation, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. Lead a crew in all phases of carpentry and remodeling including demo, framing, and finish carpentry. Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans. Manage daily on-site operations ensuring work is completed on time and within scope. Supervise and mentor team members assigning tasks based on skill levels and project requirements. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to perform precise carpentry work. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, frame carpentry, trim carpentry, drywall finishing, and restoration industry projects. Strong knowledge of reading blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication methods. Extensive construction site experience with a focus on remodeling projects across residential settings. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various environments. Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
