• Residential and Commercial Experience
• Read blueprints
• Understand Job Site Safety
• Able to manage project timelines and communicate needs with leadership effectively
• Problem Solving Skills
• Managing and working with Crews of 2-5 / Maintain Morale, Steady Pace, Identify Report Personnel Issues
• Basic understanding of Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing / Painting
• Rough Carpentry
• Framing (Wood and Metal Studs)
• Hanging Drywall
• Residential and Commercial
• Basic Flooring & Trim Experience
• Does not need to be Finish Carpenter
• Interior Demo Experience
• Skid Steer Experience
• Some Concrete Experience
• Pre-employment screenings

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Basic Estimating
• Superintendent Experience
• Significant Concrete / Foundation
• Heavy Equipment
• Excavation / Grading
• Drywall Taping
• Plumbing
• Roofing
• Structural Steel
• 1-2 Stories
