  • 24/hour (based on experience) Monday-Friday, start time between 6:00-7:00 AM ELS Properties is a growing multifamily developer based in Union, MO.
We're hiring two Trim Carpenters to join our construction team. If you have experience with finish work, cabinetry, or framing—and take pride in quality craftsmanship—we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Install trim, molding, baseboards, cabinets, and countertops Interpret blueprints and take accurate measurements Operate saws, sanders, and hand tools Cut and prepare wood and building materials Perform minor demolition and framing tasks
Requirements:
Prior carpentry experience (trim, cabinetry, or framing) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift 50 lbs, kneel, squat, and stand for long periods Strong work ethic and team attitude Pass criminal background check Benefits (after 60 days): Weekly pay via direct deposit 7 paid holidays (including your birthday!)
