In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of installation tasks across commercial and residential projects, ensuring that all components are assembled, secured, and finished to the highest standards. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality construction environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of materials and tools, from blueprint reading to heavy equipment operation, all while maintaining a focus on safety and precision. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks. Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, glass panels, and other building components with precision using hand tools and power tools. Perform construction site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as material transportation when necessary. Conduct finishing work including caulking, hole patching and some minor touch up paint Fabricate and modify components on-site using carpentry, or fabrication techniques to meet project requirements. Assist in restoration or remodeling projects by removing old materials and installing new systems or finishes. Ensure proper installation of trim carpentry, and other structural elements. Maintain detailed records of work performed and communicate progress or issues with supervisors effectively. Experience Pay is based on experience. Proven experience in construction installation roles with a strong background in construction site work. Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate execution of installation plans. Hands-on experience with a variety of construction trades including , carpentry (frame and trim), Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to construction tasks. Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for specific projects.
