Millwork Carpenter

Job Summary Our company is seeking an experienced and dependable Millwork Carpenter / Custom Cabinet Builder to join our team. We are looking for a skilled craftsman with experience in building and assembling custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and commercial woodworking projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to read shop drawings, and experience operating woodworking equipment and tools. Responsibilities Build and assemble custom cabinets, countertops, and architectural millwork Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble wood materials accurately Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Install hardware, trim, and specialty millwork components as needed Maintain quality workmanship and meet production deadlines Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Collaborate with shop managers, installers, and project teams Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in millwork, cabinetry, or finish carpentry Experience building custom cabinets and commercial millwork Ability to read shop drawings and construction plans Skilled with woodworking tools, saws, routers, sanders, and shop equipment Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Preferred Qualifications Commercial construction experience Experience with laminate work and specialty finishes Ability to train or assist junior shop employees is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Steady full-time work Opportunities for advancement Professional work environment

Pay:

$27.03 - $34.35 per hour
