Pay ranges from $20-$26 per hour, based on experience. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, with occasional weekend work available. Per diem is available for qualifying applicants.

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced Carpenters for a long-term opportunity. You will work as part of a construction team specializing in commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of carpentry experience, strong physical stamina, and a solid understanding of building and finishing structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, and other materials according to specifications. Build and repair frameworks, furniture, cabinets, doors, and other structures. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Ensure work is level, plumb, and meets quality standards. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience. Ability to read and interpret construction plans. Proficient with hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Must be in good physical condition and able to lift heavy materials. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting. Regular standing, walking, and manual handling of materials. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to handle a physically demanding workload and meet tight deadlines.
