Full-Time Who We Are Boyce Built LLC is a high-end residential builder specializing in custom homes and large-scale renovations. We don't chase volume—we build projects the right way with a focus on quality, communication, and execution. If you cut corners or need constant direction, this is not the place for you. Who This Role Is For You're not a beginner. You've been in the field long enough to walk onto a jobsite and immediately contribute without being told . You take pride in your work, think ahead, and understand how your piece affects the entire project. What You'll Actually Be Doing This is not a "helper" role. You will be expected to perform and execute at a high level across multiple phases of construction: Demo with intention (protecting what stays, planning for what's next) Framing Drywall install and prep for finish Install windows and exterior/interior doors Siding/Soffit and Fascia Set cabinets accurately and efficiently Install finish trim (base, casing, crown, details that actually matter) Problem solve in the field without waiting for direction Read plans and execute without constant oversight Maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite Communicate clearly with PMs, team members, and subs Take ownership of your work from start to finish Non-Negotiables 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in remodels and/or new construction Can run tools efficiently and safely without supervision Understands sequencing (what happens before/after your task) Shows up on time. Every day. No excuses.
