Carpenter - Gallatin Valley We are an established finish carpentry crew in the Gallatin Valley looking for a skilled carpenter to join the team. We keep things laid back, work hard, and care about quality. If you take pride in clean work and paying attention to the details, this could be a good fit. What you'll do Perform day-to-day carpentry tasks to project specifications and industry standards Work independently and with the crew to complete projects efficiently Deliver precise, detail-oriented finish work that meets project standards Follow site safety practices and keep work areas organized Help solve jobsite challenges as they come up What we're looking for Experience in carpentry (all-around experience is welcome) Finish carpentry skills preferred Experience with: Cabinet installation, setting doors, running trim, fine detail finish work High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Personal tools are a plus, but not required Reliable and able to work with a flexible schedule Independent contractors or W-2 applicants welcome Pay $25-$50/hour DOE (depending on experience) Benefits Performance bonuses Holiday bonuses Flexible schedule Four 10-hour day schedule available Full-time or part-time options About the team We're a solid crew focused on quality finish work.
