Carpenter / Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of carpentry and general labor tasks across projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficient site operations. Duties Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, and roofing installation using hand tools and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Perform concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and metal stud framing as needed Support fixture installation, door hanging, cabinetry, and flooring or tile laying projects Conduct demolition, site cleanup, heavy lifting, and material handling to maintain a safe and organized work environment Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Strong understanding of blueprint reading Experience with various carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and woodworking Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, roofing techniques, masonry work, and tile installation is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active construction sites Familiarity with schematics for fixture installation or schematic reading Prior experience in the residential construction industry is highly recommended Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Join us to build a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
