Highlights Guaranteed 40-hour workweek Four 10-hour days (Mon-Thurs) Overtime opportunities in summer months Paid weekly, every Thursday Bonuses + PTO + supplemental benefits (pre-tax) Forklift & Combi-lift certification opportunities Montana-based company with 5 generations of roots Your Role Entry level 1-3 years of framing experience Build prefabricated wall systems (framing, sheathing, siding, trim, window installation). Inside a manufacturing facility. Additional items, such as packaging, pre-cutting TJI's for roof systems etc..may be required from time to time. Follow production processes with attention to quality and safety. Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely. Complete required QC paperwork and keep your area clean. Work as part of a close-knit team that takes pride in craftsmanship. Who We're Looking For Reliable, hardworking individuals with or without construction experience.
