Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and the ability to work collaboratively on diverse building projects. As a Builder, you will play a crucial role in transforming plans into reality, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Perform installation tasks including framing, masonry, and concrete work. casting gfrc concrete wet processing concrete Conduct heavy lifting and material handling to support construction activities. Collaborate with team members to complete construction estimating for project planning. Ensure all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Assist in hardscape projects, ensuring proper installation of outdoor features. Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with construction work. Cabinet building skills / operate shop equip safely / proficiently Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
