Construction Carpenter/Laborer

Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise execution of projects Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components using hand tools and power tools Frame walls, install siding, roofing, doors, cabinets, fixtures, and other structural elements with accuracy and efficiency Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while maintaining high standards of quality Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, drywall finishing, plastering, and stucco application Fabricate custom components in the shop or on-site as needed for specific project requirements Support restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold remediation, and structural repairs Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure construction environment at all times Requirements Proven experience in construction or carpentry with familiarity in framing, trim carpentry, roofing, or siding installation Skilled in using hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, saws), and CNC machinery preferred Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; experience with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is a plus Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and blueprint reading for precise project execution Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged physical activity in various weather conditions Experience with metal stud framing, drywall installation, tile laying, flooring installation or cabinetry is highly desirable Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites; OSHA certification is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and industry standards Join us to build exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
