Job Description
MDA Remodeling is looking for a highly skilled remodeling craftsman to join our team. We specialize in high-end bathroom, kitchen, and interior remodeling projects. We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, can work independently, and is capable of leading a small crew when needed. What We're Looking For Strong experience in residential remodeling High-level carpentry and trim skills Experience with bathroom and kitchen remodels Knowledge of waterproofing systems and shower construction Experience installing flooring (LVP, hardwood, tile) Basic plumbing knowledge Basic electrical knowledge Ability to read plans and solve jobsite problems Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Professional communication with homeowners and team members Ability to keep projects organized and moving forward Highly Preferred Tile installation experience Schluter waterproofing system experience Experience leading projects or small crews Ability to perform multiple trades at a high level Responsibilities Perform and oversee remodeling work on-site Complete projects to a high standard of quality Assist with bathroom and kitchen remodels from start to finish Coordinate daily jobsite activities Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate project progress and jobsite needs What We Offer Steady year-round work Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Opportunity for growth within the company Professional and respectful work environment Variety of high-quality remodeling projects When Applying, Please Include Photos of your work Description of your strongest remodeling skills Experience with bathroom remodeling and waterproofing systems Experience with tile installation (if applicable) Experience leading projects or crews Expected pay range
