We are currently looking for a dependable, motivated professional who take pride in their work and can maintain strict schedules with little to no guidance while delivering high-level results. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in finish carpentry and trim installation, with the ability to complete detailed work to a professional standard. Primary responsibilities include installation of baseboard and quarter round, door and window casing, handrails, balusters, and other finish carpentry items. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment while ensuring all work meets or exceeds NC code compliance and company quality expectations. In addition to finish/trim carpentry work, this role will require a willingness to complete carpentry tasks outside of the trim scope such as framing, loading and unloading materials, prep work, and other related duties. Applicants must have all required carpentry tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to gain and maintain access to Fort Bragg. Overtime will be required as needed to maintain project schedules and deadlines.
