Job Description Swan Song Properties in conjunction with Dutton Builders is seeking a skilled Trim Carpenter to join our family-owned residential construction team in the Hampstead, NC area. The ideal candidate has experience in residential finish carpentry and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship. You will be responsible for installing and finishing interior trim elements in new residential builds and remodels. Responsibilities Install baseboards, crown molding, window and door casings Hang interior and exterior doors Install cabinetry, built-ins, and custom trim work Read and interpret blueprints and measurements Ensure clean, accurate, and professional finishes Maintain job site safety and cleanliness Work efficiently with builders, supervisors, and subcontractors Qualifications 3+ years of trim or finish carpentry experience Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Ability to work under limited supervision Knowledge of punch-out and final finish work Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications Experience with coastal residential construction Ability to work independently Fluent in some Spanish Benefits Steady year-round work How to Apply Reply to this posting with: Your resume or work history Photos of recent trim work (optional, but helpful)
