• 25/hour (based on experience) + consistent, full-time work with growth opportunities and performance-based pay increases

Local candidates only (Hertford / Elizabeth City, NC area). No relocation assistance provided. The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. This role is responsible for executing high-quality work, transforming homes, and delivering a strong client experience from start to finish. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Jobsite Preparation
• Prepare and protect the jobsite prior to work
• Jobsite Cleanup
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Demo
• Remove existing materials (walls, cabinets, etc.)
• Framing
• Install load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls
• Trim & Finish Work
• Install doors, windows, trim, and finishes
• Punch List
• Complete final items to ensure project quality
• Daily Logs
• Track and document work performed What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of residential construction experience (high-end remodeling preferred)
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to showing up on time and ready to work each day
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic construction math
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Strong communication skills
• Must have tools and reliable transportation Tools Required
• Skill saw | Reciprocal saw | Multimaster | Drill/driver | Basic hand tools | Compressor with hose and framing, 16-gauge, 18-gauge & 23-gauge nail guns | Jigsaw | Table saw | Chop saw
• Personal work vehicle, valid driver's license Physical requirements
• Job requires physical strength to lift and wield heavy tools and materials, including lumber.

Physical stamina is also required, as most tasks involve standing, climbing, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
